Buyers Agent
Buyers agents in Brisbane typically charge a retainer, then 2.2% of the final purchase price of the property. This can add up to a large amount of money, especially on high value properties.
We don't subscribe to a percentage fee structure. A percentage fee of the final purchase price of a property does not align a buyers agent's interests with that of their client. Logically, there is an incentive to recommend high priced properties and a disincentive to negotiate down the price under a percentage fee structure - the better the agent performs, the lower the fee.
Therefore we charge one low, flat fee for any property, whether it is purchased at $100,000 or $1,000,000. Please contact us for details.
Property Management
Our property management service cuts the fat included in many property management agreements.
• No reletting fees.
• No inspection fees.
• Outgoings are minimised where possible - no calling the plumber to change a washer.
• We only charge a 7.7% incl GST commission on rents received, plus outgoings.
